1. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you need to arrive earlier or stay later, please contact the front desk, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
2. Is breakfast included in my stay?
No, but it can be served with a small extra charge if you let us know the day before.

3. How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation directly on our website or by calling our front desk. We also accept bookings through various travel websites (AirBNB or Booking)
4. What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the rate you choose. Generally, cancellations made 14 days before check-in are free of charge. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.

5. Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel for all guests.
6. Is there parking available?
Yes, we have secure parking available for our guests at no additional cost.

7. Do you have a fitness center?
No, but we can recommend a fitness center less than 5 minutes away.
8. Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Some rooms of our hotel are pet-friendly for little sized animals (less than 10 kg) and for a small additional charge, but please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your furry friend so we can prepare accordingly.
9. which kind of distractions do you offer in the hotel?
Apart from the swimming pool, we offer bicycle hire to discover some fantastic, very "natural" trails that start from Casa Mapache.
If you don't want to leave Casa Mapache, you can also relax and enjoy the typically French game of Pétanque. Good times guaranteed.

Yes, we offer complimentary shuttle services to and from the Liberia airport and local attractions. Please check with the front desk for schedules, availability and price.
